Defining the Direct-To-Consumer strategy and transforming our client’s business model by launching a marketplace in the complex homecare ecosystem.
Our client is a main player in the medical world that markets home support products (medical beds, anti-decubitus chair, shower bar, etc.) via pharmacist partners.
Despite the good market dynamics (annual growth of 4% to 5%), our client is observing a stagnation of its market shares and a decrease in the profitability of its homecare activities in a highly competitive context.

Define the Customer Centric strategy, in a complex ecosystem, due to the specificity of the prescription relationships, to transform the business model.
