C-CUBE was registered in Hanoi Vietnam in January 2019.
The company developed a unique concept of smart modular facility for life science industry.
The concept is based on three modules which can be assembled together to meet customer needs.
We can upgrade, increase, relocate or reallocate the premises after implementation if required.
Thanks to our design and our standardized manufacturing approach, we can build a bioprocess pilot scale unit, a pharmaceutical production unit, a laboratory or a sterilization unit in just a few month at competitive price.
The cleanroom meets EU standard and is fully connected, it can be monitored or adjusted at distance.

What is special about our smart modular facility concept?
All projects are built from three modules only:
We have three module size:12, 24 and 36 m2 (bigger than shipping container). They will form the cleanroom area.
We place on top of each of them a technical roof for all utilities, ducting…
We can arrange those three modules in many ways to build a perfect laboratory, a pharmaceutical production unit, a biotech pilot scale unit…
Modular Facilities are ready for operations:
The modules are the building. It has a double skin,
- external layer, waterproof and insulated
- internal layer includes fire resistance material, insulation and cleanroom finished material (HPL, coated steel, stainless steel…)
The facility is fully equipped. After final installation, our customer can bring directly their production equipment and start manufacturing.
The facility is also fully connected to be able to control, adjust and follow at distance.
